Meet Our Team

Mr. Parham serves as President and Managing Broker of River Oak Realty leading the company beyond its 30-year milestone. In this capacity, he oversees all brokerage activities, conducts business development, and sets the strategic direction of the company.

Al was raised in North Carolina, but has resided in the Northeast Florida area since 1978. He has been in the real estate business since 1984 and founded River Oak Realty Inc. in 1986. He lead the growth of the real estate business from a small residential sales office to an established Real Estate Brokerage firm in the Northeast Florida area now boasting a Property Management Division inventory of nearly 500 properties.

Al served for over 7 years on the Clay County Board of Directors, Chairman of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee, Clay County REALTORS® Association Grievance Committee and President of the Clay County Association of REALTORS® in 1992.

Sue relocated to North Florida in 2018, from the Baltimore, MD area and brings over 30 years of experience providing accounting, operational and administrative leadership, and support to River Oak Realty. Motivated by successful results she takes great pride in providing the best customer service possible and brings a unique vision for strategic direction and growth to the team.

She and her husband Bob have 4 adult children, plus a Lab-Rottweiler mix named Tiger. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family.

Katie originates from the small state of Rhode Island. She moved to Charlotte, NC in 2015 and then to the Jacksonville, FL area in 2019. Prior to her move south she worked in property management for large apartment communities in the Northeast. She began in leasing – working her way to Property Manager over her 10 years in the industry. She brings with her over 15 years of customer service, management, accounting, and operations experience. She joined River Oak in August of 2024.

She and her husband Domenic reside in Fleming Island, along with their 2 children and their Boston Terrier, Frank. Outside of work, she’s and avid Disney fan, loves to travel and enjoys spending time with her family.

John is a lifelong resident of Florida. He moved to the Jacksonville area in 1970 and obtained his real estate license in 1979. In 2011 he began managing the Property Management Division for Latham Real Estate, maintaining its business and high status, until their merger with River Oak Realty in 2017. With over 35 years of realty and customer service experience, he looks forward to continuing and strengthening his relationships with previous, current, and new clients.

His work ethic is built on dedication, communication, and transparency. His years of knowledge and experience equip him with valuable skills used daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing.

He’s a loyal husband and father, as well as a doting grandfather. River Oak is fortunate to have him as part of the team!

Lynwood moved to North Florida in 1995. When he’s not spending time with his two adult children or his extended family, he enjoys traveling, listening to music, dancing, pickleball and visiting the beach.

With a foundation built on integrity and a strong work ethic, he brings a unique combination of experience and dedication to the property management and real estate industry. His professional background, including service in the US Marine Corps, has instilled in him discipline, commitment, and a drive to exceed client expectations.

Motivated and knowledgeable about the market, he ensures that his clients are well-informed and positioned for success. Coupled with his local expertise and warm personality, he strives to make every real estate transaction as smooth as possible. He is committed to providing exceptional service and fostering lasting relationships within the community.

Tom, a retired State Trooper from New Jersey, brings an experienced eye for detail to River Oak Realty. As the designated Property Inspector, he diligently ensures that property owners, and their tenants, are regularly updated on inspection results, conducting an average of two inspections per year for each property. Additionally, he is a skilled handyman who provides tenant assistance whenever possible.

Upon retirement, he and his wife, Hope, relocated to the Orlando, FL area in 2013 where he began work at Walt Disney World. After enjoying his time working for “The Mouse,” he moved to the Jacksonville, area where he eventually became a member of the River Oak Realty team. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their four miniature schnauzers.

Robert E. Dickinson, GRI, CRS. Bob is a retired Command Master Chief, United States Navy and senior member of our team. He is a graduate of the Realtor Institute and a Certified Residential Specialist with an extensive background in property management and sales. Bob is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and Maine. In 2016 he was awarded the coveted designation "Realtor Emeritus: from the National Association of Realtors.

Ben Parham is the President and Managing Real Estate Broker of Integrity Realty & Management, Inc. in Denver Colorado. Prior to founding Integrity Realty & Management, Ben was the managing broker of River Oak Realty, Inc., one of the largest property management and sales brokerages in the Northeast Florida area responsible for a property management inventory of over 500 rental properties, and where he continues to serve as Vice President and Communications Advisor.

A veteran of the United States Navy, he proudly served as a Cryptologic Technician (Technical) where he was awarded the Joint Service Achievement Medal, two Navy Achievement Medals, and a Good Conduct Medal.

After completing his military service, he pursued his education graduating magna cum laude from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associate of Science degree, and earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College. Ben has been a practicing real estate broker since September 2000, and holds current broker license in both Colorado and Florida.

He is an active member of various professional organizations at the local, state, and national levels. Currently, Ben serves as the 2018 President of the Denver Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. In 2015, he was the Chairman of the Young Professionals Network for the South Metro Denver Association of REALTORS®. From 2011-2012, Ben served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of REALTORS®, the largest trade association in the state with a membership of over 100,000 members. His REALTOR® memberships include the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®, South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association, Colorado Association of REALTORS®, Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
